Pahadi Expedition started in 2018 with a simple idea — the best people to lead you through Uttarakhand's mountains are the people who grew up in them.
Our guides are villagers, shepherds, and second-generation trekkers from Sankri, Lohajung, Munsiyari and Govindghat. They know the weather windows, the safest river crossings, the warmest tea stalls, and the quietest viewpoints.
We run small batches, refuse to over-commercialise our trails, and reinvest in the villages we pass through. Every trek you book helps fund local porter wages, school supplies, and trail clean-ups.
