A booking is confirmed only after we receive your advance payment and a signed medical declaration.
Batches are capped — once full, additional sign-ups are placed on a waitlist.
You must disclose any medical condition (cardiac, asthma, hypertension, recent surgery) before booking.
You must follow trek leader instructions on the trail. We reserve the right to evacuate or turn back any trekker for safety reasons.
We provide certified trek leaders, tested equipment, all food on the trek, and pre-arranged transport on listed segments.
We carry emergency oxygen, a first-aid kit, and satellite communication on every high-altitude trek.
We may cancel or modify itineraries due to weather, landslides, government orders, or any condition that compromises safety. In such cases the Cancellation Policy applies.
Trekking carries inherent risk. By participating you accept that Pahadi Expedition is not liable for losses arising from acts of nature, personal medical conditions undisclosed at booking, or actions taken against trek leader advice.
We strongly recommend personal travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking.
