When you book a trek we collect your name, age, gender, contact details, emergency contact, and any medical information you choose to share for safety planning.

When you browse the site we collect anonymous analytics — page views, device type, referring source. We do not sell or share this data.

Personal details help us prepare your batch, brief trek leaders, and reach you or your emergency contact in case of an incident.

Medical information is reviewed by our lead safety officer only and is never shared outside the operational team.

Booking records are retained for 7 years for accounting and insurance compliance.

Medical declarations are deleted within 90 days of trek completion unless required for an ongoing incident review.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello@pahadiexpedition.in. We respond within 30 days.
