Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before trek start: 90% refund (10% admin fee).

15–30 days before: 50% refund or full credit usable within 12 months.

7–14 days before: 25% refund or full credit usable within 12 months.

Less than 7 days before: No refund. We've already paid local staff, permits and vendors.

If we cancel due to insufficient bookings, you receive a 100% refund or full credit.

If we cancel due to weather, landslides, government orders or any safety reason, you receive a full credit valid for 18 months on any trek.

If a trekker is evacuated for medical reasons, evacuation costs are borne by the trekker (we assist with logistics). No refund is provided for the unused trek days, but a 25% credit is offered as goodwill.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Write to hello@pahadiexpedition.in with your booking ID. We confirm cancellation within 24 hours.
